With more than three decades of leadership experience across charities, social enterprises and companies, I have worked alongside Chief Executives, Directors, Heads of Service and aspiring leaders at every stage of their journey. I understand the pressures of balancing mission, performance, people and governance, and how challenging it can be to lead effectively whilst remaining resilient and true to your values. Drawing on 30 years of leadership in purpose-driven organisations combined with professional coaching models, coaching experience, leadership theory and academic research into personal change, I tailor each coaching relationship to the individual.
