Meet The Founder - Tina Antonio, BA, MSc
For more than 30 years, Tina has worked alongside leaders, organisations and communities to create meaningful, lasting change. Her career has spanned charities, social enterprises, grassroots movements, global collaborations and public policy initiatives, giving her a uniquely broad perspective on what it takes to achieve impact in complex environments.
Having held leadership and consultancy roles with organisations including the RSPCA, TREE AID, Action for ME and Mind, as well as founding her own social enterprise - Tribal Songs - Tina has contributed to change across an extraordinary range of social and environmental issues. Her work has helped shape award-winning disability programmes, amplify national treatments for childhood trauma and adult mental health, strengthen legal protections for animals, transform children's engagement with nature and community, and support international reforestation efforts through collaborations with the United Nations and global partners.
These experiences have provided invaluable insight into the realities of leading change, influencing systems and mobilising people around a shared purpose. Combined with a Master's degree in Strategy, Leadership and Change, and decades of study into psychology, neuroscience, behavioural science and learning theory, as well as a passion for Systems Thinking, they form the foundation of the leadership development programmes and consultancy we offer today.
